I’m attending a wedding later next month - my first wedding since getting marrier earlier this year.
I do not know the couple very well, but the family is close to my MIL.

I am not too sure what to wear, my style is simple and elegant. My in-laws however have a totally different style to me. They prefer heavy, and very blingy.

I am thinking of wearing a white net saree that I wore as a bridesmaids to my best friends wedding. It is somewhat more blingy than what I usually prefer but figured a good compromise.

I will accessorise simply with mangalsutra, earrings, bangles and plain red bindi. There is also a reception following on straight from the ceremony so won’t be able to change.

Your thoughts? Sorry I just need a neutral second opinion :)
