Anarkali for a friend’s Cocktail

“I styled this myself. I’ve done a course in fashion designing, and although I don’t run a boutique, I have a few tailors I know here in Ludhiana. I bought the fabric from various stores in Model Town (Ludhiana) and gave my design to the tailor to stitch.”

It does seem like most wedding guests that stand out are designing their own outfits!
What an elegant design, and so perfect for a cocktail. My favourite part was how she used velvet - it added a bit of grandeur thanks to the fabric’s royal look. I also loved how she accessorised it, with those cute gold bangles (one in each hand), single statement ring and chunky gold earrings - just a few, but done right, that’s all you need.
